Founded in 1986 by John Bramich and Tony McMillan, Arrow Packaging has become a very successful company, this would never have been possible without the support of a dedicated workforce.

The number of staff working at Arrow Packaging has increased considerably over the years, with more than 25% having now been with us for more than 10 years.

When the company was first established, there were only 2 members of staff, now, 14 years later, there is a workforce of 40 staff, ranging from mechanics to forklift drivers to computer technicians.
